PVSA Buffers

Description:
Sterile 1X PVSA Buffers are nuclease-safe solutions formulated for a wide range of molecular biology and RNA-sensitive applications (RNA extraction and handling, RT-PCR and qPCR setup, nucleic acid electrophoresis, hybridization, and preparation of other laboratory reagents). These buffers are supplemented with PVSA to help stabilize and protect nucleic acids during critical experimental steps while maintaining the appropriate buffering capacity and ionic strength for each system (TE, Tris-HCl, TAE, TBE, MOPS, HEPES, PIPES, citrate, sodium phosphate, glycine, and others). A variety of common buffer chemistries are offered in ready-to-use 1X format to support different assay requirements and workflows in both routine and advanced research settings.
