PVSA-Supplemented PBS Buffer, 1X is a ready-to-use, high-purity phosphate-buffered saline formulated to be RNase-safe for demanding molecular biology and cell biology workflows. It is supplemented with polyvinylsulfonic acid (PVSA), a potent, polymeric RNase inhibitor that helps preserve RNA integrity during sample handling, washing, and storage. The buffer is isotonic and maintained near physiological pH, making it suitable for use with cells, tissues, and RNA-containing preparations in sensitive downstream applications.
