Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of cytotoxic T cells (Tc) from mouse thymus, lymph nodes, spleen and other samples.
Separation of CD8+ T cells from mouse spleen using RWD Mouse CD8+ Cell Separation Kit and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: 53-6.7), the purity of CD8+ T cells reached 97.44% by flow cytometry.
