Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of white blood cells from mouse lymphoid tissue or non-lymphoid tissue.
Separation of leukocytes from mouse rectum tumors using RWD Mouse CD45+ Cell Separation Kit and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: 30-F11), the purity of leukocytes reached 96.14% by flow cytometry.
