Description
RWD Magnetic microbeads cell seperation products consist of Nano-Beads Cell Separation Platform Nano-Beads-Column Based and Nano-Beads Cell Separation Platform Nano-Beads-Column free. Nano-sized magnetic beads do not need elution, and the separated cells can be directly used in downstream experiments such as flow cytometry, cell culture, single-cell sequencing, etc.
LarSep Columns are advanced cell sorting columns engineered for high-yield, gentle separation of target cell populations using magnetic bead-based platforms. Each column is capable of processing up to 2 × 10^9 total cells and up to 1 × 10^8 positively labeled cells per run. Designed to deliver purity and viability rates above 95%, LarSep Columns enable researchers to perform efficient sorting experiments in as little as 25 minutes.

- Antibody incubation
Incubate the antibody with cell suspension at 4 ℃ for 10-15mins.
- Microbeads incubation
Incubate the magnetic microbeads with cell suspension at 4 ℃ for 10-15mins.
- Magnetic separation
Put the separation column into the magnetic field, add cell suspension into the column.
Only cells labeled with magnetic beads be captured in the column.
- Elution
Remove the column from the magnetic field and add buffer to elute the positive cells.
