Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of CD3+ T cells from peripheral blood, thymus, lymphoid, and tumor tissue.
Separation of CD3+ T cells from PBMCs using RWD Human CD3+ Cell Separation Kit(RUO) and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: HIT3a), the purity of CD3+ T cells reached 97.01% by flow cytometry.
