Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of monocytes and megalotropic cells from human peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood, spleen, lymph nodes and other samples.
Separation of monocytes cells from PBMCs using RWD Human CD14+ Cell Separation Kit(RUO) and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: HCD14), the purity of monocytes cells reached 99.20% by flow cytometry.
