Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of T helper cells (Th) from mouse lymph nodes, thymus, spleen, skin and other samples.
Separation of CD4+ T cells from mouse spleen using RWD Mouse CD4+ Cell Separation Kit and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: GK1.5), the purity of CD4+ T cells reached 97.92% by flow cytometry.
