Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of cytotoxic T cells (Tc) from human peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood, lymph nodes, thymus, spleen, skin and other samples.
Separation of CD8+ T cells from PBMCs using RWD Human CD8+ Cell Separation Kit(RUO) and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: HIT8a), the purity of CD8+ T cells reached 97.50% by flow cytometry.
