Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of B cells from mouse spleen and other samples.
Separation of B cells from 6 weeks old mouse spleen using RWD Mouse CD19+ Cell Separation Kitand a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: 6D5), the purity of B cells reached 98.52% by flow cytometry.
