Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of microglia from human, adult mice or rats brain tissue.
Separation of microglia cells from newborn mouse brain tissue using RWD CD11b+ (Microglia) cell separation Kit and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: M1/70), the purity of microglia cells reached 98.1% by flow cytometry.
