Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of T helper cells (Th) from human peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood, lymph nodes, thymus, spleen, skin and other samples.
Separation of CD4+ T cells from PBMCs using RWD Human CD4+ Cell Separation Kit(RUO) and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: SK3), the purity of CD4+ T cells reached 96.12% by flow cytometry.
