Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of white blood cells from human peripheral blood and lymphoid tissue samples.
Separation of leukocytes from the mix of PBMCs and mouse spleen using RWD Human CD45+ Cell Separation Kit(RUO) and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: HI30), the purity of leukocytes reached 98.60% by flow cytometry.
