Description
Using for positive selection or depletion of mature T lymphocytes from mouse lymph nodes, thymus, tumors and other samples.
Separation of CD3+ T cells from mouse spleen using RWD Mouse CD3+ Cell Separation Kit and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: 17A2), the purity of CD3+ T cells reached 97.56% by flow cytometry.
