The High Activity Neonatal Brain Enzymatic Digestion Kit (Mouse and Rat) enables gentle, rapid, and efficient dissociation of neonatal mouse and rat brain tissue (including embryonic and postnatal brains, P ≤ 7) into high-viability single-cell suspensions. This optimized protocol maximizes cell yield and viability while preserving critical cell surface antigen epitopes. The resulting single-cell suspension is suitable for downstream applications such as primary culture, cell sorting, and single-cell sequencing.
