Description

The High Activity Whole Skin Enzymatic Digestion Kit (Mouse) enables gentle, rapid, and efficient preparation of high-viability single-cell suspensions from mouse dorsal or ear skin tissues (6–10 weeks old). This optimized formulation maximizes cell yield and viability while preserving key cell surface antigen epitopes. The resulting single-cell suspensions are suitable for cell sorting, primary culture, single-cell sequencing, and other downstream applications.
 

Flow cytometry analysis


 

Analysis results indicate that immune cell subpopulations can be identified via surface markers CD45, CD207, CD11b, and CD11c in these suspensions, demonstrating effective enzymatic tissue dissociation and good preservation of cell surface antigens, facilitating downstream cell sorting experiments.


Single cell sequencing


All cell populations were able to be mapped with highly similar proportions and low mitochondrial gene percentages compared to published literature data.

It is confirmation that skin tissue samples dissociated from the RWD Tissue Enzymatic Dissociation Kit can be used directly for single cell sequencing.
