Using the RWD brain tumor gentle enzymatic digestion kit, single-cell suspension preparation instrument, and tissue processing tubes with standardized procedures, the quality of single-cell suspensions is measured using the RWD automatic cell counter.
To improve data reliability, AOPI staining was used to eliminate interference from impurities and debris when detecting target cells. Multiple parameters evaluate suspension quality from mouse glioma tissue. Results show cell viability up to 97%, total cell yield up to 8.53 × 10^6 per 100 mg; average diameter of all cells is 10.78 μm, live cells 10.85 μm, dead cells 8.61 μm.
Human glioma

To improve data reliability, AOPI staining was used to eliminate interference from impurities and debris when detecting target cells, and multiple parameters monitor the quality of single-cell suspensions from mouse and human brain tumors. The results show cell viability up to 99%, total cell yield up to 2.16 × 10^6 cells per 100 mg; mean diameter of all cells is 12.50 μm, live cells 12.53 μm, and dead cells 9.93 μm.
Flow cytometry analysis

Results indicate that the kit enables detection of tumor cells and relevant immune subpopulations via surface markers CD44 and CD11b. These results demonstrate excellent tissue dissociation and antigen preservation, facilitating direct downstream cell sorting workflows.
