The High Activity Intestine Tissue Enzymatic Digestion Kit (Mouse) enables gentle, rapid, and efficient preparation of high-viability single-cell suspensions from mouse small intestine (6-10 weeks old). Optimized enzyme conditions maximize total yield and cell viability while preserving key cell surface antigen epitopes. Resulting suspensions are suitable for downstream applications such as immune cell sorting, primary culture, and single-cell sequencing.

Test results showed a cell viability rate of 90.70% and total cell number up to 9 × 10^6 cells per 100 mg tissue. The mean diameter of all cells in the suspension was 10.35 μm, with viable cells averaging 10.45 μm and dead cells averaging 9.16 μm.
