Description
The High Efficiency Nuclei Extraction Kit is specially designed for extracting pure nuclei from mammalian cells and tissues. It can efficiently and quickly obtain a uniform, intact nucleus suspension with few debris from fresh and frozen tissue samples.
For nuclear extraction from fresh or frozen mouse spleen, mouse kidney, mouse liver, and A549 cell line-induced tumors, the yields of extracted nuclei are all greater than 10^4 nucleus/mg.
