Application Notes
SF2425 related to Eulicin was isolated from culture filtrate of Streptomyces violascens SF2425. SF2425 was active against Gram-positive bacteria and exhibited an antifungal activity.It inhibited LPS and IFNγ induced nitric oxide formation by macrophage J774.1 cells.
