Minosaminomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic structurally related to kasugamycin which obtained from the culture filtrate of Streptomyces sp. MA514-A1. It is active against Mycobacterium including M. tuberclosis. Minosaminomycin inhibits protein synthesis in Escherichia coli cell-free system.
