World’s cleanest buffer for all cell and molecular biology experiments
All media used in tissue culture have a basis of a synthetic mixture of inorganic salts known as a physiological or balanced salt solution (BSS). Hank's Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS) 1X with Phenol Red, Magnesium, and Sodium Bicarbonate (without Calcium) is a specialized cell culture formulation designed to support mammalian cell maintenance while enabling magnesium-dependent processes and pH monitoring. This calcium-free solution prevents interference with enzymatic reactions like trypsinization, making it ideal for protocols requiring controlled ionic conditions. Magnesium supports enzymatic cofactor functions and structural roles, critical for processes like ATPase activity.

CUSTOMIZATION: Please INQUIRE if other concentrations, additions of chemicals/compounds/proteins/supplements, different pH, and modifications are needed.
All DiagnoCine Precision Sterile buffers are filtered-sterilized with a 0.1-micron filtration two times and 0.04-micron filtration one time. Thus, mycoplasma contamination is prevented. The smallest size mycoplasma type can be about 0.2 microns.
