Description

Prestained Protein Marker Ⅳ consists of 11 highly purified and pre-stained recombinant proteins. The indicated molecular weight range in Tris-Glycine Gel was 10-200 kDa (~10, ~15, ~20, ~30, ~40, ~55, ~65, ~90, ~110, ~140, ~200 kDa). 90 and 30 kDa are orang e-red bands. 10 kDa is rose-red band; All others are blue bands. Therefore, it is convenient to observe the Electrophoretic state of protein dynamically or judge the effect of protein transmembrane. It is suitable for SDS-PAGE and Western blot. 

Ship with wet ice; Store at -20℃, valid for 12 months.

1. 1. This product is ready-to-use, without adding reducing agent or heating. Remove Prestained Protein Marker stored at -20 ℃  before thawing at room temperature and mix gently and thoroughly

Take 5-10 μL (G2083) and the experimental samples for protein electrophoresis; It is suggested that qualified laboratories can determine the appropriate sample amount by pre-experiment according to their own experimental conditions and experimental habits when using this product for the first time, which can not only save costs, but also obtain better experimental pictures.
