Western Protein Marker I (Exposure)

Cat. No.: SB-G2086-250UL
Size: 250UL

Description

Western Protein Marker I are a mixture of eight high-purity recombinant proteins and two pre-stained recombinant proteins, which is convenient for monitoring of electrophoresis and transfer efficiency. It is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot.
The bands display in Tris-Glycine gel range from 1 5 - 154 kDa (~1 2 , ~ 22 , ~ 28 , ~3 8 , ~ 50 , ~ 62 , ~7 0 , ~ 78 , ~1 13 , ~ 154 kDa ), of which 7 0 kDa is an orange-red pre-stained band, 1 2 kDa is a blue pre-stained band, and the others can bind almost all types of antibodies (except chicken antibodies). Western Protein Marker I can bind the antibody to the target protein at the same time and develop color by ECL or other methods.

Storage and transportation

Ship with wet ice; Store at -20℃, valid for 12 months.

Assay Protocol / Procedures
  1. 1.  Allow the tube to reach room temperature and thoroughly mix before use.
  2. 2.  For the use of primary antibody as mouse antibody, it is recommended to take this product 5 μL protein electrophoresis was performed simultaneously with the experimental sample; For the rabbit antibody with primary antibody, it is recommended to dilute the produ ct by 4 times with The provided dilution buffer and take 5 μL prot e n electrophoresis was performed simultaneously with the experimental sample.
  3. 3.  Prestained Protein Marker II should be stored at -20℃ immediately after use.

note
  1. 1.  If the Western protein marker I exposed band is thick, it can be used after appropriate dilution with the dilution buffer. After dilution, the color of the two pre- stained protein bands in the marker will weaken correspondingly, which is a normal phenomenon.
  2. 2.  This product cannot be heated, which will cause the protein bands to degrade or discolor.
  3. 3.  Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
