Description
Recombinant Protein L-Cys, His-tag is recombinant protein L, derived from the cell wall protein of Peptostreptoccus magnus , recombinantly expressed by Escherichia coli. Unlike Protein A and Protein G, Protein L mainly binds to the kappa light chain and does not interfere with the antigen-binding site, which enables Protein L to bind a wider range of Ig classes and pressure classes. Compared with the natural Protein L, the recombinant Protein L only contains the antibody-binding region, removes other redundant structures, and improves the stability of the protein. This product has a His tag, and the C-terminus is Cys to facilitate subsequent coupling reactions.
Features: It enhances the specificity of binding to antibodies and the stability of proteins.
