FluxMPS™ Demineralized & Deionized Water
FluxMPS™ Demineralized & Deionized Water is produced by softening to remove calcium and magnesium followed by ion-exchange resin treatment, yielding a clear, colorless, low-conductivity water free of most dissolved minerals and salts for routine laboratory use. This non-sterile grade ships as-is; an Ultrapure sterile-grade version filtered through a 0.1 µm membrane twice and a 0.04 µm membrane twice is available as a customization upon inquiry for microfluidic and organ-on-a-chip (OoC) workflows requiring higher purity.

FluxMPS™ Demineralized & Deionized Water is produced through a controlled softening and ion-exchange process, with an Ultrapure sterile-grade quadruple-stage filtered version available on request.
Ion-Exchange & Filtration Purity
Softening removes calcium and magnesium, and ion-exchange resin treatment removes remaining ions, yielding water free of most dissolved minerals and salts.
QC-Verified pH Range
Each lot is QC-tested for pH 6.4 - 7.4. Fresh water reads a neutral pH of 7.0, though open-air exposure can shift it slightly acidic as CO2 absorption forms carbonic acid.
Mineral-Free, Low-Conductivity Water
Very low electrical conductivity due to the absence of ions, and free of the minerals normally present in tap water.

Quadruple-stage ultrapure filtration — available as a sterile customization
The standard DCP-DMDIH2O grade is non-sterile, demineralized and deionized by ion-exchange process and filtration. For protocols requiring the highest purity, an Ultrapure sterile-grade customization is available upon inquiry, produced through a quadruple-stage filtration architecture: a 0.1 µm membrane pass twice and a 0.04 µm membrane pass twice.
