Recombinant Protein G-Cys, His-tag is recombinant protein G, which is derived from the cell wall protein of group G Streptococcus, recombinantly expressed by Escherichia coli, and can specifically bind to the Fc region of antibody IgG molecules, and can also bind to the Fab region. Compared with Protein A, Protein G has a higher affinity for most mammalian IgG, especially for IgG subunits. Compared with the natural Protein G, the recombinant Protein G only contains the antibody-binding region, removes other redundant structures, enhances the specificity of binding to the antibody, and improves the stability of the protein. This product has a His tag, and the C-terminus is Cys to facilitate subsequent coupling reactions.
