FluxMPS™ Nuclease-Free Water (not DEPC-Treated)
FluxMPS™ Nuclease-Free Water is an MPS-grade, ultrapure molecular biology reagent purified through a quadruple-stage filtration system and manufactured without DEPC treatment. Sterile, autoclaved, and rigorously tested for the absence of RNase and DNase activity, it is engineered for sensitive PCR, RNA/DNA extraction, and microfluidic reagent-preparation workflows where nuclease contamination and DEPC residues cannot be tolerated.

Engineered where standard nuclease-free water falls short
Conventional 0.22 µm-filtered molecular biology water can carry subvisible particulates, residual bioburden, and—when DEPC-treated—chemical residues that interfere with sensitive enzymatic reactions. FluxMPS™ Nuclease-Free Water is built to remove those failure modes at the source.
Microchannel-Safe Purity
Final 0.04 µm membrane stage removes fine particulates that can accumulate in narrow microfluidic channels and valves.

Quadruple-stage filtration system
DCP-NFH2O is filter-sterilized through a four-stage membrane sequence — 0.1 µm membrane filtration performed twice and 0.04 µm membrane filtration performed twice — before autoclaving, reducing the risk of mycoplasma contamination. The smallest mycoplasma species can be about 0.2 microns, which the final 0.04 µm stage is positioned to exclude.

Performance vs. conventional water
