Key words: Propagation of human Hepatitis C Virus, Cell culture-adapted HCV clone (HCVcc), miR122, Hepato cellular carcinoma line Hep3B.
Usage: Hep3B / miR122 cell line, a permissive cell line for the robust propagation of HCVcc by the expression of miR122 in Hep3B cells.
Cell line stock: 5 x 105 cells /1 ml in CELLBANKER-1 (cryopresevation media from Wako-Chemical, Osaka). Sent with dry-ice and store at -80℃
Growth medium: Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) supplemented with 100 U/ml penicillin, 100 μg/ml streptomycin, and 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS).
