UltraClean GuardRNA Lysis

Description:
GuardRNA Lysis Buffers are phenol-free, nuclease-safe solutions designed for efficient cell disruption and recovery of high-quality RNA from a wide range of biological samples. GuardRNA Standard Lysis Buffer is formulated with 4% SDS and 0.5 M NaCl at pH 7.5 (in RNase-free water) to provide robust lysis and RNase inactivation for routine mammalian cells and tissues. GuardRNA DMSO Lysis Buffer builds on this formulation by adding 2% DMSO, enhancing penetration and lysis of tougher or high-RNase samples such as yeast, plant cells, and other difficult-to-lyse materials. Both buffers support streamlined, phenol-free RNA extraction workflows that are fully compatible with downstream RT-PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and gene expression analysis.
