Conventional 0.22 µm-filtered lysis buffers carry subvisible particulates and residual bioburden that accumulate in microfluidic channels, interfere with sensitive downstream assays, and can compromise protein-protein interactions during extraction. FluxMPS™ addresses each failure mode directly.
