Description

pSuperAgro is the plant transfomation booster plasmid which works in Agrobacterium.  pSuperAgro stays in Agrobacterium without moving to plant cells.

 

It is a plasmid that improves the transformation efficiency of plants by Agrobacterium method by introducing into Agrobacterium. This plasmid does not transfer to plants but remains in Agrobacterium.

how to use

1. Introduce pSuperAgro into competent cells of Agrobacterium by electroporation and select transformed Agrobacterium by gentamycin.
2. Make competent cells of the transformed Agrobacterium at step 1 and introduce your binary vector by electroporation.  Select them by antibiotics.
3. Infect Agrobacterium which is obtained at step 2.to plants.

※We recommend selection of Agrobacterium by gentamycin at 50µg/mL for agar plate, 20µg/mL for liquid medium.
