DiagnoCine Precision Service for Amplicon Cloning
Our Amplicon Cloning PCR Service
Our Amplicon cloning PCR Service provide a comprehensive solution for researchers who need to amplify and clone specific DNA fragment (amplicons) for downstream applications such as sequencing, gene expression, mutagenesis, or functional studies. We utilize advanced PCR techniques and high-fidelity polymerases to generate accurate amplicons from your template DNA, which are then cloned into vectors of your choice using a range of modern cloning strategies, including blunt-end, TA, and restriction sites of your choice methods (only one restriction site of your choice per 5' and 3' ends).
This service is ideal for projects requiring the isolation and manipulation of low-abundance or rare DNA targets, the creation of recombinant plasmids, or the preparation of templates for next-generation sequencing. Our workflow ensures high efficiency and flexibility in vector choice, and we provide full support from primer design through to sequence-verified clone delivery.
Important: For the safety of our staff and compliance with regulations, we accept only non-pathogenic samples for genomic, plasmid or mRNA purifications. Please do not submit any materials classified as pathogenic, hazardous, or requiring special biosafety containment.
How Our Service Works
1. Consultation: Submit your project and sample information using the request form below. Our team will review your requirements and contact you for clarification if needed.
2. Primer Design & PCR Amplification: We design primers specific to your target region and use high-fidelity PCR to generate the desired amplicon.
* If specific sequence or restriction site is required, the total length must be less than 6 base pairs long. Please inquire to insert a longer sequence to the amplicon's 5' and 3' ends.
3. Cloning: The PCR product is cloned into your chosen vector using the most suitable method (TA, blunt-end, or specific sequence/restriction site cloning).
4. Screening & Verification: Positive clones are screened and sequence-verified to ensure accuracy.
5. Delivery: Receive your sequence-verified clones and supporting data, shipped securely to your address.
If we are unable to obtain any results from your sample, we offer a 50% refund of your service fee.
Please consult with scientific team first prior to sending in samples.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What types of templates can you work with?
A: We accept high-quality, non-pathogenic DNA templates, including plasmids, cDNA, and genomic DNA.
Note: Pathogenic or hazardous samples are not accepted.
Q: What cloning strategies do you offer?
A: We offer TA, blunt-end cloning, and seamless cloning (e.g., Gibson Assembly or litigation-independent methods), depending on your project needs.
Q: Can you help with primer design?
A: Yes, our team can design primers tailored to your target region and cloning strategy.
Q: How do you verify cloned amplicons?
A: All clones are sequence-verified to confirm the integrity of the insert.
Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: Typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks, depending on project complexity and verification requirements.
Q: Do you accept pathogenic samples?
A: No. Only non-pathogenic samples are accepted for this service.
Please note that prepayment is required for all PCR services.
We strive to deliver accurate and timely results. However, in the rare event that no result is obtained from your sample, we will refund 50% of the service fee as a courtesy.
