Important: For the safety of our staff and compliance with regulations, we accept only non-pathogenic samples for genomic, plasmid or mRNA purifications. Please do not submit any materials classified as pathogenic, hazardous, or requiring special biosafety containment.
How Our Service Works

Primer Design & PCR Amplification: We design primers specific to your target region and use high-fidelity PCR to generate the desired amplicon. * If specific sequence or restriction site is required, the total length must be less than 6 base pairs long. Please inquire to insert a longer sequence to the amplicon's 5' and 3' ends.
3. Cloning: The PCR product is cloned into your chosen vector using the most suitable method (TA, blunt-end, or specific sequence/restriction site cloning).
4. Screening & Verification: Positive clones are screened and sequence-verified to ensure accuracy.
5. Delivery: Receive your sequence-verified clones and supporting data, shipped securely to your address.
If we are unable to obtain any results from your sample, we offer a 50% refund of your service fee.
