Description:
Dulbecco's PBS Tween 20 Buffer is a detergent-containing buffer solution widely used in biochemical techniques involving proteins, particularly for washing steps in immunoassays like ELISA. Adding Tween 20 to Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) enhances immunoassay results by reducing non-specific binding and protein-protein interactions during the washing steps.
