Tissue removal Optional kit is used for tissue aspiration before implanting Lens in calcium imaging experiments. The kit includes a vacuum pump, reservoir, holder, needle connector, needle and tubing. Used together with the automated stereotaxic instrument, it can ensure that the end surface of the wound is smooth and reduce the damage caused by manual operation.
