In the production and purification process of antibody products, Protein A affinity chromatography resin is a common tool for separating and purifying  antibodies, but Protein A will fall off into antibody products during the purification process, which will affect the purity and potency of the products.

ResiQuant® Protein A Elisa Kit utilizes the double-antibody sandwich ELISA two-step method, which can quickly detect the Protein A residue in the antibody purification process. The kit includes alkaline tolerant Protein A Elisa kit and recombinant Protein A Elisa kit.
