ResiQuant® CHO HCP Elisa Kit is used for quantitative detection of CHO host protein residues in the production process of products expressed and produced with CHO cell lines as host cells, so as to realize the control of CHO HCP residues.

Product Features
- Quantitative Range: 0.8-200 ng/mL
- Sensitivity: Lower limit of detection (LOD): 0.5 ng/mL, lower limit of quantitation(LOQ): 0.8 ng/mL
- Precision: Within the limit of quantification, the coefficient of variation of the sample concentration within the plate and between the plates is less than 20%
- Exclusivity: The concentration of CHO HCP measured in E.coli, 293T, Vero and other cell supernatants and non-CHO-expressing human IgG samples were all lower than the lower limit of detection
- Specificity: 84% antibody coverage (AAE-LC-MS).

CHO-S and CHO-K1 cell lines were selected to simulate the recombinant antibody preparation process, and the secretion supernatant
