OptiVitro® T Cell Serum-free Medium TE07 (phenol red-free) is a serum-free, xeno-animal-free, exogenous growth factor-free, phenol red-free T cell maintenance and expansion medium designed specifically for T cell culture. Compared with traditional serum-containing culture media, the serum-free and xeno-free design greatly reduces the risk of introducing xeno-infectious agents during T cell culture, improves the consistency between culture medium batches, and avoids the over-activation of T cells that may be caused by unclear components in serum, so that T cells can be better expanded and their potential can be maintained, which is conducive to clinical and large-scale transformation.
