• If you has doubt about the five layers or thickness:
• We sure that our masks have five layers, one layer of black and four layers of white.

As shown in the image: The black layer is non woven fabric, and the white layers have one Hot-air cotton, double Melt blown cloth and one Skin-Friendly Non-Woven fabric.

• We have professional test reports (No:210380066) from GTTC, and the GTTC meets the qualification requirements of ISO17025.
• Boncare masks are fully automated, and each layer is a special corresponding process. It is impossible to reduce one layer or weight by human intervention.
• If you has doubt about the smell:
• We sure that our masks don't contain any harmful substances, and we have the corresponding test report (No:WTZ21F08083566X1C). The test results are qualified, which proves that our KN95 mask is safe for wearing.
• The smells come from melt blown cloth itself, which is the normal smell of the raw material. The most important: The smell of this material is safe for human being if inhaled.
• Suggestion: If you are sensitive to the smell, we suggest you open the packaging and place it outside for 3-5 days before using it.

• The ear-Loop meets KN95 Ear Loop Test Method "GB 2626-2019 6.11", which is: each ear loop, buckle and other adjustment parts of the mask should not slip or break under 10N tension, and last at least 10 seconds.

Attention: If you use more power to stretch the ear loop, it may break, so please avoid stretching the ear loops vigorously.

• The length of the ear-loop is based on the American standard height, and there will be gaps between KN95 mask edges when the ear-loop length is greater than 20cm, which causes the KN95 mask can’t fit tightly. So our current length is the most suitable length for most of the customers.
