Description:
This product is the component of Long ssDNA Preparation Kit for 10kb (Code #DS635).
The approximate size of ssDNA can be estimated by this product.
Product Usage:
1. Aliquot 20 μl to new tube.
2. Heat at 70°C for 5 min.
3. Chill on ice for 1 min. *1
4. Subject to agarose gel electrophoresis with 1×TAE. *2, *3
*1 After heating and chilling, quickly load into wells of the gel and promptly start electrophoresis.
*2 The mobility of ssDNA is more changeable depending on the sequence than dsDNA, therefore the bands indicates rough size.
*3 23130 bases and 6557 bases may appear as double-band.
