The Heptachlors ELISA Kit is an indirect competitive ELISA (ic-ELISA). The assay is designed to detect and quantify the level of heptachlors (heptachlor-cis-epoxide +heptachlor) in soil.

Inter-Assay Precision: : 4.3- 4.6 % (n= 4)

Recovery (in soil samples): 86- 108 %

Note: The Competitive immunoassay of heptachlors was published as a guideline for quantification of heptachlor and its metabolites in polluted soils prior to squash planting. This guideline was established by the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO) at 2017.
