Description
Geodin, which is a metabolic product containing two chlorine, was isolated from Aspergillus terreus1). Geodin is a seco-anthraquinone derivated from an octaketide anthraquinone. Geodin acts as an inhibitor of plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1)2).
