Engineered where standard buffers fail
Conventional single-pass 0.22 µm-filtered buffers can carry finer particulates, mycoplasma-scale organisms, and pH/ionic drift into sensitive microchannel systems. DCP-DPBS1X is filtered through 0.1 µm membrane filters twice (2X) in a clean environment to reduce that risk before it reaches your chip or culture.
Microchannel-safe purity
Sequential 0.1 µm membrane filtration performed twice reduces particulates that could otherwise accumulate in narrow microfluidic channels.
Defined, physiological pH
Formulated to pH 7.4 with Ca2+ and Mg2+ to protect cells from acute osmotic and pH fluctuations outside their normal growth environment.
Ultrapure-grade water
Prepared with ASTM Type 1 Ultrapure Water (0.05 µS/cm), deionized, for a low-background aqueous matrix.
Low-background for imaging & assays
Nuclease-free (Protease-, DNase-, RNase-, Endonuclease-negative) formulation supports clean handling ahead of imaging, dissociation, or diluent-based workflows.
Defined, traceable composition
Characterized inorganic salts at stated molar concentrations, manufactured under ISO 13485-certified, CE-approved facilities.
Customization on demand
pH, concentration (2X, 4X, 5X, 10X), and addition of chemicals, detergents, inhibitors, proteins, or other components available on request.
Dual-pass 0.1 µm filtration system
All DCP-DPBS1X reagent is sterilized by filtering twice (2X) through 0.1 µm membrane filters in a clean environment, providing a repeated fine-filtration step ahead of fill.
-
1
0.1 µm Pre-filtration
First pass through a 0.1 µm membrane filter removes larger particulates and aggregates before final fill.
-
2
0.1 µm Sterile-filtration
Second pass through a 0.1 µm membrane filter, performed in a clean environment, is intended to help prevent mycoplasma contamination; the smallest mycoplasma type can be about 0.2 microns.
Performance vs. conventional buffer
Sequential dual-pass 0.1 µm membrane filtration in a clean environment is intended to retain fine particulates and mycoplasma-scale organisms more thoroughly than a single filtration pass.
