Defined medium for late stage porcine embryos (PBM) PBM is a medium that has added glucose and glycine in the defined medium for porcine embryos (PZM-5).

PBM medium takes advantage for an improved embryo development after the morula stage, the increased blastomere numbers of blastocyst and the increased rate of hatched blastocyst formation. This medium effectively supports the embryo development under a low oxygen condition (5% O2/5% CO2/90% N2, 39°C).

Porcine oocyte/embryo collection medium (POE-CM)
FNK-IFP1040P Size: 100mLx5 Mammalian Cell Culture, Animal Cell Culture-Classic Media, Diagnocine

IFP1040P.png

This medium kept warm to about 37°C is aseptically dispensed to sterile bottle or syringe and is used for collection or washing of porcine oocytes and embryos by the method of dissecting or aspirating ovaries. POE-CM is a suitable medium for collection or washing of porcine oocytes and embryos and is a complete synthetic medium that added phenol red to PXE-Hepes (Yoshioka.K., Et al J. Reprod. Dev., 54: 208-213, 2008). This medium contains mineral salts, sugars (lactic acid and pyruvic acid), polyvinyl alcohol, Hepes and sodium bicarbonate, etc.

Basic medium for porcine oocyte maturation (POM)
FNK-IFP1010P Size: 25mLx3 Mammalian Cell Culture, Animal Cell Culture-Classic Media, Diagnocine

IFP1010P.png

To mature porcine oocytes. This is a modification medium which added polyvinyl alcohol to the original medium for porcine oocyte maturation (POM) (Yoshioka.K., Et al J. Reprod. Dev., 54: 208-213, 2008) and is a complete synthetic basic medium for oocyte maturation. This medium effectively supports porcine oocyte maturation under a low oxygen condition (5% O2/5% CO2/90% N2, 39°C).

Usage: Please add 10 IU /mL equine chorionic gonadotropin (eCG) + 10 IU /mL human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to the POM medium during porcineoocyte maturation culture. There is no need to add porcine follicular fluid.

High Performance Basic Medium for Porcine Oocyte Maturation (HP-POM)
FNK-IFP1011P Size: 25mLx3 Mammalian Cell Culture, Animal Cell Culture-Classic Media, Diagnocine

IFP1011P.png

Serum-free basal medium optimized for egg maturation, a high-performance medium supplemented with TGF-α and other basic medium for porcine ovum maturation Using this medium, the oocyte maturation rate is almost the same as that of the POM medium, but it has been reported that the embryo development rate (blastocyst development rate) after in vitro fertilization is high (Mito et al.). This medium is sterilized and can be used as is. The use of this medium effectively promotes egg maturation by performing low oxygen culture (5% O2/5% CO2/90% N2, 39°C).

Note: Please add 10 IU /mL equine chorionic gonadotropin (eCG) + 10 IU / ml human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to HP-POM medium during porcine oocyte maturation culture. There is no need to add porcine follicular fluid. HP-POM medium is for research use only. Do not use in animals, humans, or diagnostic procedures.

dbcAMP concentrated solution-100X

IFP1060P.png

It is effective for normal maturation of porcine ovum by adding to basal medium for porcine ovum maturation (POM) or basic medium for maturation of porcine ovum (HP-POM) used for ovum maturation culture. This concentrate is sterilized and can be used by adding it directly to the maturation medium.
