Description
RITC80-7 Medium 1, 2) is a basal medium developed as a medium suitable for subculturing and colony-like growth of human fibroblasts. This medium is an excellent basal medium for the growth of various fibroblasts including humans by adding serum, cell growth factor, etc.
Usage
This medium is a sterile and completely prepared liquid medium. Serum and various cell growth factors etc. can be added aseptically and used as cell growth medium. The term of validity is approximately six months after production (listed on the label).
Storage
This medium should be used within the effective period of storage in a cool dark place (4-5 ° C). However, please be aware that once opened or left to stand at room temperature or 37 ° C for a long time the activity may disappear even within that period.
