Description

Human NK Cell Isolation Kit-CF can rapidly, simply, and in large quantities isolate unlabeled B cells that are not in contact with the magnetic beads from single-cell suspensions. The product has strong magnetism and good biocompatibility, without affecting subsequent experiments. It is mainly used for the sorting of human NK cells.


After sorting human PBMCs and identifying them by flow cytometry, the proportion of human NK cells (CD3-/CD56+) after enrichment sorting was 92.31%.
