Description:
GuardRNA Standard Lysis Buffer is a ready-to-use, phenol-free lysis reagent formulated for efficient disruption of cells and robust inactivation of RNases. It uses a strong anionic detergent and high ionic strength to solubilize membranes and proteins while preserving RNA integrity for downstream purification. The buffer is suitable for high-yield, high-quality RNA extraction from a broad range of sample types and is compatible with common column-, bead-, and precipitation-based cleanup methods.

- RNA Extraction and Purification: Primary lysis step for column-, bead-, or organic-extraction–based RNA isolation workflows.
