  • World’s cleanest buffer for all cell and molecular biology experiments
Description:

DEPC Treated TE Buffer (Tris-EDTA Buffer) is a high-quality, nuclease-free solution designed for the safe storage and handling of nucleic acids in molecular biology applications. Treated with diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC), this buffer inactivates RNases and DNases, making it ideal for RNA and DNA workflows where nuclease contamination must be rigorously avoided.

Applications:

  • RNA and DNA Storage and Handling
  • PCR and qPCR Preparation
  • mRNA Purification and Quantification
  • cDNA Synthesis
  • General Molecular Biology

Advantages:

  • Nuclease-Free: DEPC treatment ensures the buffer is free from RNase and DNase activity, protecting sensitive RNA and DNA samples from enzymatic degradation
  • Sterile and Ready-to-Use: The buffer is aseptically filtered through a 0.04 micron filter and is supplied as a ready-to-use 1X solution
  • High Purity: Prepared using ultra pure reagents and DEPC-treated water to ensure the highest quality for demanding molecular biology protocols
  • Stable pH: Tris maintains a consistent pH, preserving nucleic acid integrity during storage and experimental procedures

CUSTOMIZATION:  Please INQUIRE if other concentrations, additions of chemicals/compounds/proteins/supplements, different pH, and modifications are needed.

All DiagnoCine Precision Sterile buffers are filtered-sterilized with a 0.1-micron filtration and 0.04-micron filtration twice. Thus, mycoplasma contamination is prevented.  The smallest size mycoplasma type can be about 0.2 microns.

* This product is manufactured under ISO 13485-certified and CE-approved facilities (Suppliers of DiagnoCine Precision). All final packaging, quality assurance, and testing are done at the DiagnoCine R&D and Quality Testing Center.  All specific customization requests and assembly were accomplished at DiagnoCine Precision in Totowa, New Jersey, USA.
