Why FluxMPS™

Engineered where standard TBS reagents fall short

Conventional 0.22 µm-filtered buffers can carry subvisible particulates and residual bioburden into antibody dilution, blocking, and quenching steps, contributing to elevated background and inconsistent signal in ALP- and HRP-based immunoassays. SigMax ALP-TBS Kit is built to reduce these failure modes at every stage of the workflow.

filter_alt

Microchannel-safe purity

Dual-stage 0.1 µm and 0.04 µm membrane filtration reduces particulate carryover relative to a single 0.22 µm pass.

target

Precise, stable pH

QC-verified pH 7.4, formulated for stable performance across the pH 7.0–8.5 TBS-buffered workflow range.

water_drop

Ultrapure-grade water

Formulated with Ultrapure Type 1 water (18.2 MΩ·cm) as the aqueous base for all three kit components.

Purity Architecture

Dual-stage filtration system

Each of the three SigMax ALP-TBS Kit components is manufactured with a dual-stage membrane filtration process — a 0.1 µm pass followed by a 0.04 µm pass — supporting reduced particulate content ahead of use in sensitive immunoassay workflows.

  1. 1

    0.1 µm Pre-filtration I

Removes larger particulates and aggregates, extending the working life of the downstream 0.04 µm filter.

  2. 2

    0.04 µm Pre-filtration II

A finer second pass retains smaller particulates, including material near the size range of mycoplasma organisms.

Performance vs. conventional buffer

Sequential 0.1 µm and 0.04 µm membrane filtration removes finer particulates than a single 0.22 µm pass, supporting cleaner antibody diluent and quenching reagent delivery across ELISA, Western blot, and in situ hybridization workflows.

Applications

Where SigMax ALP-TBS Kit fits your workflow

SigMax ALP-TBS Kit was developed to support ALP-based immunoassays in TBS-buffered systems, with a proprietary diluent-and-quench chemistry that carries across ELISA, Western blotting, and in situ hybridization formats.

Automated Bioreactors & Robotics

Next-Generation System Uptime

An optional 0.01 µm (10 nm) ultra-filtered variant of the underlying TBS buffer components is available for automated bioreactor and liquid-handling robotics platforms where valve and sensor protection is a priority.

  • Total Particulate Exclusion — supports automated fluidic paths sensitive to residual particulate
  • Valve & Sensor Protection — reduces particulate load on microvalves and inline sensors
  • Extended Perfusion Stability — consistent buffer quality across long automated runs
