Translation Buffer dedicated forWEPRO8240, WEPRO8240G and WEPRO8240H.
Can be used to synthesize stable isotope labeled proteins.
This product optimized for Filter＆Feed protein synthesis method. 

This product does not come with amino acids included.
Customer need to prepare and adjust amino acids themselves.

ONLY use translation buffer SUB-AMIX-SG NA when working with the Protemist XE Instrument! SUB-AMIXSG NA is an amino acid-free translation buffer and must be used in combination with our wheat germ extracts WEPRO®8240/WEPRO®8240G/WEPRO®8240H and Transcription Buffer LM! The translation buffer SUB-AMIX-SG NA is provided as a set of four different 40 times stock solutions (S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4).

To prepare 400 ml of 1x SUB-AMIX® SG NA translation buffer, add 10 ml of each S-1 through S-4 stock solution to 360 ml of nuclease-free water (*) while stirring the solution. DO NOT mix the stock solutions directly as the amino acids will precipitate. To avoid multiple freeze-thawing cycles, subdivide 1x SUBAMIX® SG NA translation buffer into appropriate aliquots before storing them at -20°C. This is an amino acid-free buffer and user MUST add the necessary amino acids before use in translation reactions.

Note (*): We DO NOT recommend homemade DEPC treated water.
Refer to our protocols for more information on how this product can be used in transcription reactions and in combination with our wheat germ cell-free protein expression system.

Shipment and Storage

Our products are shipped on dry ice. Store the reagents at -20°C upon arrival. The reagents are temperature sensitive and should be always stored in a freezer at -20°C. Keep reagents on ice while using them at the bench. Avoid unnecessary freeze/thawing.
